After defeating them Trish the only gangsters of Goodneighbor still alive tried to make a deal to save her life. You can choose to talk to him about the chem deal first, or just kill him. After making it to the place where the chem deal is going down, the Sole Survivor, Paul Pembroke and Henry Cooke attack Nelson Latimer and the gangsters of Goodneighbor after they shot first.
